HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITY:
* Ensuring the quality of Human Resources Services & deliverables.
* Handling all the operational activities of Human Resources at the Head Office level
* Coordinating with Personnel Managers concerning the manpower management at the factory level
SELECTION SPECIFICATION:
* S1 degree, preferably majoring in Law or other relevant background.
* Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Human Resources.
* Having experienced in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage.
* Familiar with Manpower Regulation.
* Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function.
* Good communication skills.
* Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven.
* Proficient in English, both oral and written.
* Computer literate.
