INTERCONNECT RELATION DEVELPOMENT (ICR DEV)
Q u a l i f i c a t i o n s
* Minimum S1 or S2 from reputable university, majoring in Electrical Engineering/Information Technology
* Minimum 5 (five) years working experience as interconnect/inter-carrier in Telecomunication industry
* Strong analytical and logical thinking
* Having basic principles of Interconnect parameter ( Network& Billing, Routing, Numbering )
* Having a good understanding of Point of Interconnection ( POI ) and Point of Charging/ POC detailed ( Direct& Transit )
Special Skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Specific computer literate : SQL (Oracle),MS Office ( Excel, Access )
* Having good presentation skills
* Initiative, high teamwork spirit

* Optimize Interconnect Business strategy
* Develop Interconnect parameter
* Routing traffic assurance & traffic forecast
* Design Retailed tariff from Interconnect cost perspective
* Work closely with Inter-carrier Department
