ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER (ACFM)
The job scope includes:
* Actively involve in daily commercial operations
* Ensure no open deduction more than 60 days & maintain good relationship with supermarket by giving prompt & proper response on any claim and deduction
* A key person in signing credit note
* Second person in maintaining customer database in BPCS (the price and promo)
* Second person to sign and release sales and tax invoice
* Monitor monthly confirmation and response
* As a commercial analyst with main job
* Perform monthly report & analysis of sales performance, G&A of marketing & sales, sales return and other sales deductions
* Perform monthly report & analysis of marketing & trade promo activities
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable university
* Minimum 3 years experience in accounting & analysis function
* Excellent at Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
* Preferably having experience at multinational company at consumer good/having background as an auditor at reputable audit firm.
* Familiar working with Accounting system, preferably BPCS
TAX MANAGER (TM)
The job scope includes:
* Manage Tax Planning to minimize the tax risk
* Actively give tax input/ advise for any improper of transaction or agreement from tax perspective
* Ensure the tax reconciliations are done properly and completely
* Ensure monthly and annual tax report are done properly and comply with Indonesian’s tax regulations
* Ensure all supporting documents, needed arrangements, listing are ready for tax audit purposes
* Ensure proper and safe filling for tax document
* Handle management tax report to RHQ
* Manage good relationship with Indonesian’s tax & customs department which should be in line with Campbell’s policy
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax Administration from a reputable university
* Minimum of 5-6 years experience in handling tax compliance, reporting and tax audit, preferably having tax experience at multinational company or having experience as tax consultant or auditor in reputable firm.
* Familiar with e-SPT reporting & Microsoft Office
* Preferably having tax experience at multinational company at consumer good / having background as an auditor at audit firm
* Familiar working with Accounting System, preferably BPCS
* Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation
* English proficiency is a must
