Basic Purpose:
Provide a short, medium and long term plan for entire Matak Base improvement facilities and make sure all project plans are reviewed, studied, analyze prior to submission to Logistics Jakarta.
Job Description:
* Provide a short, medium and long term plan for entire Matak Base improvement and development facilities and make sure all project plans are reviewed, studied, analyze prior to submission to Logistics Jakarta.
* Liaise with OEE and Project engineering on all project engineering design and make sure it is in compliance with ConocoPhillips and industry standards.
* Take part and contribute in the design of all Matak project development tender document and make sure its compliance with Matak Base requirement.
* Ensure that Base Superintendent and other relevant staffs are kept informed of all opportunities, development or problem which potentially impact to the Business Unit.
* Perform non-routine tasks and attend meetings as directed by Base Superintendent or opportunity present in order to meet with ConocoPhillips objective
Qualification & Experience:
* University Degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience in the position
* Fundamentals of SCM (Concept, standard, practices & procedures)
* Government law , regulations and system in SCM area
* Knowledge in oil & gas material & operation
* Enterprise Resources Planning/ERP (SAP)
* Knowledge in Appreciation Domestic Product System
