WORKDAY
* From Monday to Friday
HOURS
* 08:00-17:30 (one 1-hour lunch break, two 15-min coffee breaks)
TERM OF CONTRACT
The term of contract shall be one year effective from the date of the Employee's arrival in South Korea. (It can be extended for another year by mutual agreement and conditions.)
SALARY
An annual salary in the amount of payable in arrears by twelve equal monthly installments.
TAX
Any and all taxes and duties incurred and imposed, in connection with the Employee’s revenue, by any Government either of Indonesia or Korea shall be borne and paid by the Employee.
The Employee must produce his certificate of non-residency for tax purposes from his home country, if applicable, prior to receipt of his first salary.
LEAVE
Fourteen days per 6 months of continuous service. However, any further leave shall be granted for Employee when the remaining term of employment is longer than 6 months at the point of the applicable contract completion.
AIRFARE
* The following airfare will be provided by Employer
• Initial airfare to South Korea from Employee's country of origion.
• Return airfare to Employee's country of origin at the expiry of Employee's contract.
• Round-trip airfare to Employee's country of origin for his/her leave during employement.
* The airfare shall be borne by Employee when he/she returns to his/her country of origin before the expiry of the employment due to his/her private affairs or defaults.
* If for any reason Employee does not intend to take leave and does not wish to use round-trip air ticket within the contract period, he/she will not be compensated in any other way.
WELFARES
ACCOMMODATION
* A furnished officetel (studio apartment for one person) will be provided for each employee. (Each furnished officetel includes: One single bed, one set of bed sheets and a cover blanket, one pillow, one kettle, one dipper, one towel, one calendar, one telephone, one cooking knife, one bowl, one pot, one frying pan, one spoon, one set of chopsticks, one cup, one closet, two hangers, one washing machine, one refrigerator, one dinner table, one dining room chair, one TV, one TV platfom, one gas stove, one electrical fan, one clock, one microwave oven, one electrical rice cooker, one roll of toilet paper, and one mirror.)
* KRW100,000/month will be provided for accommodation management fees. Other management expenses, telephone charges and cable TV charges will be charged at the employee's expense.
MEALS
* Lunch will be provided for working days. Veg. Food from catering service company is available.
* Breakfast and dinner are at Employee's expense.
INSURANCE
NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE
* Monthly insurance fee will be paid by Employer. However, the expense for medical examination and treatment that are not covered by the insurance will be at Employee's expense.
NATIONAL PENSION
* 50% paid by Employee and 50% paid by Employer. Pension fund will be given to Employee when he/she returns to his/her country of origin due to the expiry of employment.
THE OTHERS
* OVERTIME : None.
* Employer is responsible for taking all necessary procedures required for Employee's passport, visa for entry and departure, and delivery service for these items.
* VISA fee : At Employer's expense with receipt.
* Medical examination fee : At Employer's expense with receipt.
* Transportation will be supported from apartment/officetel to HEC office only.
