General Requirements :
* Male - Female, max. 27 years old
* Minimum D-3 degree from reputable University, Majoring in Law / Management / Psychology
* Experience in Labor Management and good knowledge in Labor Law, Training & Development Employee
* Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing company and in Multi National Company is advantage
* Good communication skill, teamwork, initiative, hardworking and result oriented
* Self motivated and able to work under high pressure
* English is must, and Japanese will be advantage
* Good computer skills
