Requirement:

Job Description:

Requirement:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree

East Java and Bali Radio Network Planning Manager (EJB-RNP-M)

Responsibility :

HSE Senior Manager

Requirements :

* Managing of HSE system (Policies, Process, & Procedures) and related documentation.

* Coops with others department or related network to promote understanding of NTS HSE System

* Monitor Security and Safety regulatory requirement to assist operation with compliance

* Coordinate the related party/department/personnel and maintenance of HSE cases for all sites

* Coordinate HSE assessments of office/sites assess and facilities using NTS HSE systems as a standard

* Assist as required in the investigation of incidents, development of corrective actions, and follow-up of implementation of same to assess effectiveness and mitigate the possibility of incident recurrence

* Serve as a member of the HSE Steering committee

Qualification :

Responsibilities :

• Manage the staff/direct reports to ensure the consistency of Prepaid Services Product Development.
• Establish and update/maintain the Process or Procedures related to Prepaid Services
• Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of Prepaid Services Product Development.
• Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of all Prepaid Services
• Organize regular research on new Products Developments related to Prepaid Service
• Develop required documents in Product Developments such as: Product Data Sheets/Product Definition Document, Product FAQ (Frequently Asked Question), Product Training Material, Product KPI

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science.
• VERY GOOD knowledge of market dimension, knowledge of Technology Development especially in GSM/WCDMA technology, Marketing & Sales, specifically on Customer Focus, Competitor and End-User Understanding, Product Management, Customer Relations Management (CRM), and Negotiation.
• VERY GOOD in Telecommunication business, General Business, knowledge and skill of IS/IT/BSS, in English, Negotiation Skills and GOOD Financial Knowledge/Skills

• To Develop and form the commercial contract within the scope of project and monitor the compliance of such contract compliance and implementation.
• To ensure the compliance of the PA/Long form agreement with the network vendors

• Male/ female 27-32 years old
• Bachelor degree of law/management/business administration/Engginering
• Commercial law knowledge is necessary
