LEGAL OFFICER
You will be responsible in these following area:
* Periodically reviewing and renew contract or agreements
* Structuring Contract or Agreement
* Assisting company project, if the legal opinion is necessary needed
Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Law (Experience max. 2 years are welcomed)
* Having experience in Legal area will be beneficial
* GPA min. 3.00
* TOEFL min. 450
* Having good analytical thinking
* Having good interpersonal skill
* Having good communication skill
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER
You will be responsible in these following area:
* Facilitating Collaborative Labor Agreement and other Company Regulation Renewal
* Facilitating communication with labor Union
* Monitoring Government Regulation and its impact to company
* Facilitating Corrective action (violation to company regulations)
* Grievance & Dispute Handling
* Facilitating Company’s Employment Status Arrangement (Incl. with its relations to Regional Headquarter or Mother company)
Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Law (Experience max. 2 years are welcomed)
* Having experience in Industrial Law will be beneficial
* GPA min. 3.00
* TOEFL min. 450
* Having good analytical thinking
* Having good interpersonal skill
* Having good communication skill
