Major Job & Responsibility:
* Responsible for maintaining quality service level provided to customer
* Coordinating operation of customer service activities
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* University degree with any major
* Minimum a year experience in supervisor level with exposures in customer service operation and preferred from Telecomunication industry.
* Local incumbent are preferred
* Good interpersonal skill
* Customer oriented
* Analytical, inovative and strong sense of urgency
* Fluent in English both oral & written
