Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to active support the daily maintenance in regards of problem solving, root cause analysis, system modification and revising of specification, repair techniques and procedures. The focus in on “pro-active”, to avoid failures happened, to ensure the required equipment availability and maximize equipment life time at the lowest sustainable maintenance costs.
Requirements:
1. Education: University degree from Mechanical Engineering
2. Experiences:
o 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance within heavy equipment industry
3. Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications:
o Good knowledge of heavy equipment, ideally within cement manufacturing processes
o Pro-active attitude and excellent problem solving skills
o Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
o Good knowledge in project management.
o Good knowledge in condition monitoring & material technology.
o Excellent supervisor skills to ensure the required quality in workmanship
o Hands-on experience e.g.for bearing installation, gear reducer revision, welding repairs.

Requirements:
1. Education: University degree majoring in Civil Engineering and or Architect.
2. Experiences: Min 5 (five) years experiences in Building Material Sales
3. Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Visual Basic, Math Lab
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
