* University graduate (S1), majoring in Economic, Technical Industry and Business Administration (FISIP)
* Minimum GPA : 2,75
* Fresh graduated or graduates with max. working experience of 2 years
* Age max. 28 years
* Having sales orientation
* Computer literacy
* High self confidence and excellent communication skill
* Fluency in English both oral & written
* Persistent
* High self motivation and commitment to strive for the best
* Willingness to be assigned to various cities in Indonesia
