KEY AREA RESPONSIBLE :
To establish culture of continuous improvement and create operating conditions conducive to the attainment of World – Class Standards, minimise productive time loss due to equipment malfunction & improve machine capability, which will assist in the acceleration of improvements in quality products, material reject and productivity per man – hours.
KEY OBJECTIVE :
* To assist Equipment Manager – LF to handle the maintenance of lamps production machinery.
* Prepare a master schedule for Equipment maintenance activities.
* Prepare non-ambiguous procedure for all Equipment maintenance activities.
* Supervise that job are carried out in accordance to specified maintenance procedure
* Maintain good communication with production supervisors and operators to attain good working relationship.
* Working hand in hand with Industrial Engineering to recommend working environment, lay out, facility, building and improvement.
* Alert to better methods in an effort to produce more quality products at reduce cost.
* Supervise the implementation of authorised personal policies, rules, regulations and safety programs.
* Ensuring that all activities are carried out in safe and healthy manner.
* Ensure continuous learning and improvement by gathering correct data and information perform a required analysis.

KEY AREA RESPONSIBLE :
* Execute and implement sales and marketing strategy to optimize business growth Domestic Appliances & Personal Care (DAP) in Indonesia.
* Support and supervise industrial activities to achieve effective costs (FSP) to sustain DAP business leaderships in Indonesia.
* Establish and structure product management supports.
* Alignment of commercial and industrial activities in Indonesia with given strategy from ASEAN regional office and key business units (BU’s).
