Jr. DATA CENTER OPERATOR
Responsibilities :
* Facilitate daily batch processing, monitoring batch processes and coordinate with other IT / operations staff.
* Handle regular backup of all systems & facilitate restoration request.
* Prepare tapes for daily offsite storage and retrieval.
* Maintain data center supporting facilities.
Requirements :
* University graduate major in Information Systems or Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year experience in similar position
* Unix Shell (basic), Windows OS
* Accurate, meticulous in following procedures
* Able to work in shift and during odd hours
* Good command of English
BILLING & COLLECTION MANAGER
Role summary :
Manages the whole billing & collection processing, bank and premium reconciliation, cashier function and monitoring the billing issuance and delivery, so as to improve customer satisfaction and process productivity.
Requirements :
* University graduate major in Business related discipline
* 5 years working experience in Financial institution of which 3 years are at managerial level with in-depth knowledge of insurance industry
* Basic knowledge of Finance – Banking
* Details, customer service focus
* Good command of English
SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Role summary :
The position is responsible for managing the lifetime relationship with our customers and for implementing strategies in improving customer retention, customer loyalty, and supporting various marketing and sales campaigns to meet overall business objectives.
Requirements :
* University graduate major in any Business related discipline.
* 10 years working experience in customer service area in Financial industry with 5 years in managerial position and in-depth knowledge in life insurance operations.
* Good command of English both oral and written.
IT SECURITY ANALYST
Responsibilities :
* Accurately maintain IT security related system policies and configurations such as firewall, anti virus, and content filtering system based on corporate IT security policies and standards.
* Record IT security related incidents and problems and coordinate implementation of remedial action with the respective person in charge.
* Review all IT system access right addition, modification and deletion request as needed.
* Conduct and provide report of regular activities such as SOX revalidation, BCP update/drill, specific system audit or other IT security related activities.
* Coordinate and review implementation of IT service management (change management, incident/problem management, service level management and security management).
* Provide training or guidelines for users to improve IT security procedures and policies awareness.
* Assisting respective IT Infra team member in improving system configuration or setup to be inline with the IT service management/security procedures and policies.
Requirements :
* University graduate major in Information Systems or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years experience in IT Infrastructure operations, with exposure to various environment such as windows, unix, database, web and network.
* Relevant knowledge and experience in IT security and IT service management policies / procedures implementation and review processes.
* Knowledge and experience in maintaining IT security related system / tools such as firewall, anti virus, content filtering, etc.
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Willing to actively learn and explore new things.
* Good command of English
