TRAINER for Customer Service
* Age between 25 – 35 years
* Min S-1 from any major discipline with minimum GPA 3.0
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Trainer especially for Call Center / Contact Center / Customer Service and delivered soft skills and hard skills
* Preferable from Telco Industry / Public Training Institution
* Sound knowledge of Customer Service Operational and Training Development
* Understanding and able to develop People/Training Development to support all Customer Service
* Able to develop the training tools/content i.e: Web Training or E-learning, Teleconferencing by phone, Virtual Classroom
* Strong Understanding of the application of adult learning principles
* Proven presentation & facilitation skills
* Excellent verbal and written skills with strong coaching skills
* Willing to travel a lot
Radio Network Performance Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
* Radio dimensioning periodically (analyzing traffic trend in each Interfaces and capacity bottlenecks)
* Modification & understanding of data/parameters for cell sites, BSC, RNC
* Familiarity with alarms in the network i.e. BTS,BSC, RNC Related, External alarm, etc.
* Good understanding of KPIs, Formulas & counters and also Matching Counters/formulas in multi vendor scenario
* Database Management, Publishing reports, Network Quality monitoring
* BSS Fault Monitoring & taking corrective action
* Auditing the parameters database and also checking major alarms of network elements
* Operation and Maintenance of Radio Network
* Very good knowledge of using Test Equipment
JOB QUALIFICATION
* Engineering in Telecommunication
* At least 4 – 5 years of experiences in similar field
* Experience in Huawei and Ericsson background
