1.Production Planning Inventory Control Manager
(Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Riau)
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates the handling of all materials required for the production process. Sources an extensive range of materials and components for complex production processes. Uses inventory system and production management. Coordinates the handling of all materials required for the production process which involves assessing materials requirement, placing order or internal requisitions, monitoring inventory, etc. Requires in-depth understanding of both the production and marketing and sales functions.
Requirements:
* Degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years of the same experiences, preferably in FMCG company or food & beverage industry.
* Willing to be located outside Jakarta.
2.Compensation & Benefit Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
* To manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary and incentive program, life and health insurance, etc. Evaluate compensation and benefits programs and recommends modification to maintain the organization’s objectives and competitive position in the marketplaces. Leads a team of professional and support staff.
Requirements:
* Age 28-35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Law / Psychology / Economics. Master degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
* Skilled and knowledgeable about compensation and benefits.
* To be located in Jakarta
