Engineering Manager
Responsibility :
To manage the development, planning, design and maintenance of electrical and menchanical and systems, equipment and plant facilities. Ensure implementation of maintenance policies, projects and programs in a technical environment. Oversees engineering design and construction of new facilities. Manages and utilizes resources to maximize production output. Leads a team of engineers and specialists.
Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Master degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG company/food and beverage industry.
* Good command in English, both oral and written.
* Willing to be located outside Jakarta.
Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibility :
Responsible for the evaluation of current and proposed financial plans and policies as they relate to the organization’s profitability goals. Analyses and interprets financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget, income and expenditure analysis and to ensure affective management of capital and revenue budgets. Concerned with management discussions relating to business and strategic planning. Directs and leads the finance staff.
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. Master degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/manufacture Company.
* Have skill and knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting and tax regulation.
* Familiar with ACCPAC application program will be an advantage.
* Willing to be located in Pekanbaru
Human Resources Manager
Responsibility :
Responsible for developing and implementing a broad range of activities in the function. Focuses on one or more of the following Human Resources services : Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Services, Training and Organization Development, Manpower Planning and Industrial Relation. Contributes to the development of company policies pertaining to the area/s of focus. Leads a team of professional and support staff.
Requirements :
* Degree in Law/Psychology/Economics. Master degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
* Willing to be located in Pekanbaru.
Production Manager
Responsibility :
To coordinate with third-party contractors regarding production requirements. Ascertains quantity, quality and frequency of production.Also involved in the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for products, warehousing and inventory-keeping.Plays a key role in the management of the company setting company policies and guidelines.
Requirements :
* Degree/Master in Food Technology or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 4 years of the same experiences, preferably in FMCG company or food & beverage industry.
* Willing to be located outside Jakarta.
