ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
(Amurang - North Sulawesi)
Position Purpose and Primary function
To plan, lead, organize, and control all maintenance and engineering work activities of the copra/palm kernel crushing plant facility. Ensure the reliability of plant machineries & equipments by applying predictive & preventive maintenance programs to optimize productivity & efficiency of personnel under his immediate supervision. Ensure that Cargill EHS programs are implemented at all times in exercising his duties and responsibilities.
ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
* Degree in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineering
* Willing to relocate in Amurang – North Sulawesi
* Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a plant supervisor role in heavy engineering, mining, food processing or oil and gas industries are encouraged to apply
* Strong verbal and written English
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong team building and leadership skills
* Strong in budget management and cost control
* Computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
