The Candidate should have experience in developing and implementing Performance Management System, Organization Structure, Knowledge Management, Career Path, Grading system, Job Evaluation
B. Recruitment Section Head (RCSH)
The Candidate should have experience in Selection, Recruitment and internship Program
C. Assestment & Development Section Head (AD)
The Candidate should have experience in Competency, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Assestment knowledge and skills
D. Training Center Section Head (TC)
The Candidate should have experience in Training Needs Analyze, Training Evaluation and Designing Training program
E. Promotion Graphic Designer
The Candidate should have experience and master in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere and 3D max Studio software
F. Administration HR (ADM)
Qualification:
1. Min 3-5 years experience at the same position
2. Master in Microsoft office
3. Fluent in English written or oral
4. Preferable Degree/Master in Psychology especially for point B and C
5. Preferable Visual Communication degree and must attach showreel portofolio for point E
6. Fresh graduated are welcome for position F
