Account Officer (Jakarta & Serang Area)
Which responsible to achieve credit distribution target for Corporate Commercial, Consumer and Small Medium segmentation by develop & maintain new business relationship; analyze current market situation due to the customer’s need.
Main Responsibilities :
* Develop relationship with assigned portfolio of clients
* To make promotion for Corporate Commercial & Consumer Banking products to meet revenue targets.
* Ensure credit quality of account portfolio through timely financial and business analysis.
* Structure appropriate credit facilities commensurate with client’s profile/needs.
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age below 35 years old
* Have min. 4 year of proven and demonstrated a very good track record in business unit area
* Min. Diploma Degree in any discipline study
* Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, dynamic, target oriented and eager to success.
Impaired Assets Management Group Head
Main Responsibilities :
*To lead Remedial and Consumer Collection unit activity as targeted
*To select and verified potential problem credits in Corp. Commercial, UKM and Individual Consumer.
* To improve collection process, especially for credits at Corp. Commercial, UKM and Individual Consumer
*To coordinate group business and branches to develop the credit performance. Looking the alternate solution in the credit settlement base on Good Corporate Governance principle, i.e.: transparency, accountability, fairness and responsibility
*As the change agent in deliver the vision, mission and company policy to the subordinate.
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age below 45 years old
* Min 15 years experience in banking, with the last few years in the related senior management position
* Have broad knowledge of Banking business
* Have a wide networking, capable in demonstrate interpersonal skill and strong leadership
Payroll Dept Head
Main Responsibilities :
* Handle all Payroll process including salary, incentives, medical, personal loan, employee personnel income tax
* Doing cost analysis for internal & external reports
Qualifications :
* Bachelor degree in relevant fields with at least 3 years personnel administration experience
* Good understanding about Employee regulation, payroll and personnel administration system
* Able to work under pressure with high accuracy
* High proficiency in computer skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English & local language (both oral and written).
