Financial Controller Group Head
Main Responsibilities :
* Lead and coordinate the Group's activities; structure, promote and executive
financing deals for the Group; as well as prepare the Group to be deal ready
*Lead and coordinate financial corporate structuring in line with strategic plan and control company performance through budget program
*Develop, maintain and strengthen the Group's relationships with financial institution and market
*Perform project analysis and investment valuation
*Develop and support new business initiatives
*Responsible developing, maintaining and providing financial information plans and projections; coordinate long term strategic planning and resource allocation for the Group.
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age below 45 years old
*Min 15 years corporate finance experience in banking and/or in-house large MNC environment, with the last few years in a senior management position and have executed major corporate finance transactions
* Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance or Economics from good universities
* CFA, CPA or Master degree is preferred.
Commercial Lending Group Head
Qualifications :
*Male or Female, age below 45 years old
*Min 15 years corporate finance experience in banking, with the last few years in a senior management position and have executed major commercial lending transactions.
*Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance, or Economics from good universities.
Business Senior Manager (Batam & Tarakan Areas)
Main Responsibilities :
*Establish marketing plans and actively manage progress towards achievement of goals in respect of business growth and customer retention
* Maintain existing business, pro-actively manage account revenues., account administration and relationships on a weekly basis
*To plan business strategies and ensure that the strategies are being implemented accordingly
*Drive business presence across areas through marketing initiatives and networking
*Continually demonstrate the value of company and strive to improve
*Weekly and monthly reporting of progress in respect of monthly targets
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age below 40 years old
* Min. 4 years in a managerial position, preferable from banking
* Have good knowledge and understanding on banking products, service, and general policies/procedures
* Educated to at least S1 (at business major)
* Strong communication and customer services oriented
* Able to work both individually and as a team player
* Strong ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
* Behave ethically and professionally
