Specifict Qualification
The candidate should have experiece in developing and implementing Performanace Management System, Organitation Structure, Knowledge Management., Career Patht, Grading System and Job evaluation
B. Assesement & Development Section Head (ADSH)
Specific Qualification
The candidate should have experience in Competency, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Assesement Knowledge and Skills.
General Qualification
1. Mini. 3-5 years experience at the same position
2. Master in Microsoft Office
3. Fluent English wriiten and Oral
4. Preferable Degree/Master in Psycology for Point B.
