Tesco is looking for a bright, energetic and well-rounded support professional for the position of:



The Administrative Assistant reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations at the department they will be assigned at.


This position requires the individual to have initiative and a proactive approach to provide excellent administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. Specifically, Tesco looks for the following qualities:

* Minimum a diploma degree (D3) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year experience in the scope of responsibilities as described above.
* Good computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs (Microsoft Office).
* Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Good communications skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Willing to be located in Kamal, Cengkareng area.
