SERVICE ENGINEER - POWER
(Based at Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance, start-up, testing,
commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and power quality analysis of AC/DC power systems.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 2-3 years’ related experience.
Experienced in supervising and training Technicians.
In-depth knowledge of power electronic and UPS system design.
Candidates from the AC & DC power supply industry are preferred.
Computer literacy is essential. Self-starter and customer service oriented.
SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in managing the day-to-day operations of Service department.
Lead the guide the Service team to optimize service delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Provide directions and plan for strategies to achieve desired service sales target.
Track, report and provide service sales forecast.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
At least 4 years of working experience in managerial role in Service operations and managing service sales.
Ability to understand and interpret financial statement will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership skill highly motivated and customer oriented with strong drive to achieve sales target.
Preferably those with good knowledge in Precision Air Conditioning, UPS, AC/DC or data center environment.
PROJECT ENGINEER (Jakarta, Medan, Makassar)
Responsibilities:
To lead, co-ordinate and ensure that the implementation for assigned projects are successfully implemented.
Responsible for planning of implementation schedules and manpower allocation to ensure smooth implementation within budget and time frame of every project.
To supervise the sub-contractors and vendors that we appoint for the projects to be implemented to ensure that they deliver the quality products and services that is reflective of us as a world-class company.
To liaise with customers, consulting engineers, end users, related governmental and non-governmental agencies that are necessary in ensuring compliance with required standards and successful completion of the projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 4 to 6 years working experience in M&E / consulting firm with major involvement in project management.
The candidate must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application Software and AutoCAD.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation as and when required.
