RESIDENT MANAGER TRAINEE

Resident Manager Trainee Program is an initial 18
months on-the-job training program for manager level position, providing exposure to the breadth of our Indonesia banking business, preparing you for a generalist management career in HSBC Indonesia.Successful candidates will be assigned in certain departments to hold a manager position in the respective department. After 12 months period, the performed trainees will have opportunity to be sent to HSBC Head Office Training Center in UK, for a seven-week training program together with other participants of the similar program from across HSBC Group around the world, before they continue their assignment in HSBC Indonesia.

What you need to join:
· A minimum Bachelor degree in any subject, plus MBA or equivalent degree is advantage, from top universities
with outstanding achievements and GPA.
· Has one or two years working experience is preferred.
· Strong leadership skills and confidence to lead by example as well as inspire achievement in others.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a real enjoyment of working with people.
· Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
· A natural flair for building relationships with customers and winning their business.
· A genuine interest and determination to drive income growth.
· Strong team working skills, plus the ability to achieve both individual and collective goals.
· Innovation and creativity, along with a ‘can-do’ attitude, in order to drive our business forward.
