SALES OFFICERS - CONSUMER FINANCE
Brief Description :
The incumbent will be responsible for leading a direct sales team to achieve branch sales targets
* Reporting to Branch Manager – Consumer Finance HSBC,
* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales force management, preferably in finance/banking, insurance or the retail industry
* Willing to be located in Serang, Cilegon or Bekasi
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
* Bachelor or MBA degree from reputable university
* Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English is a must
* Demonstrates strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity.
* Pleasant personality and has an excellent customer service orientation.
BRANCH MANAGERS – CONSUMER FINANCE
Brief Description :
Responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaining service quality and managing day-to-day branch operations
* Must have 5-7 years’ experience in leading sales teams in finance/banking, insurance or the retail industry
* Must have good people management and development skills
* Exposure to customer credit would be an advantage
* Willing to be located in Serang, Cilegon or Bekasi
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
* Bachelor or MBA degree from reputable university
* Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English is a must
* Demonstrates strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity.

MANAGER OPERATIONS, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Brief Description :
Responsible for project planning or design and the execution process for efficiency result and quality improvement of banking operations.
* At least 4 years managerial experience in banking industry with an exposure to banking process improvement.
* Good knowledge on operational banking processes and procedures.
* Expertise in designing and analyzing improvement in the operational banking area by applying Six Sigma methods.
* Good leadership and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
* Good project management and coordination skill.
* Strong analytical and logical thinking.
* Green Belt Six Sigma or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification would be an advantage.
