Requirements:
* Education background min S1 in Pschology

2. PPIC Corporate Manager
Responsibilities:
* Create a yearly business plan that includes cost-profit analysis
* Analyzing orders per session and coordinate with the Marketing Department
* Analyzing new model/new color scheme as well as coordinating with the Development Department with regards to process
* Monitoring excess materials and stock materials
* Monitoring the productivity of the PPIC’s department which include coaching and counceling to subordinates
Requirements:
* Education abckground min S1 Degree in any major
* Having min 3-6 years of work experience (preferably in shoe manufacturing or garment industry)
* Possess strong leadership skills
* Possess strong analytical skills
* Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
* Team player
3. Industrial Engineering Staff
Requirements:
* Education background in Technical (Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Chemical Engineering) fresh graduated are wellcome
* Microsof office computer skill with Auto CAD, Corel & Photoshop will be preferable
* Have knowladge skill with TPM, TQM, WWTP, Production Control System
* Able to work in a team and be independent
* Hard working, enthusiasm, fast learner, and sense of responsibility
* Good command of English language
4. Costing Staff
Requirements:
* Education background min D3 in Economic or Accounting
* Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
