SITE ADMINISTRATION ( required 3 persons )
Requirement :
* Male
* Age 25 – 35 years old
* Education from Diploma or D3 or S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
* Min 2 – 3 years comprehensive experience at project at EPC company
* Must have experience in handling manpower, industrial relation, jamsostek, payroll, recruitment and some general affairs
* Able to handling company transportation such as : company car, truck & bus
* Fluent in speaking & writing English language
* Able to operate computer software i.e MS Office, MS Project
* Work location : Site
PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC CO-ORDINATOR
Requirement :
* Male
* Age 30 – 40 years old
* Education S1 degree from Engineering, S1-Electrical or Instrument
* Min 7 years experience in handling procurement & logistic at EPC company
* Candidate shall have Procurement experience in any one field from Pulp & Paper, oil & gas, power plan or any other chemical plant.
* Manage operation of warehouse & material control / handling activities
* Manage purchasing department such as request order, purchase order & delivery order.
* Have a good knowledge of purchasing procedure & system
* Have a good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, quality program for warehouse and material control
* Have a good knowledge of consumables & material include their system & procedure
* Have a good knowledge of equipment & services
* Establish company-supplier relationship
* Have a good leadership
* Work location : Head Office
PURCHASING OFFICER ( required 2 persons )
Requirement :
* Male or Female
* Age 25 – 35 years old
* Education from S1-Electrical Engineering, Instrument or Mechanical
* Professional experience min 2 – 3 years as Purchasing Officer at project or EPC company
* Having experience to search procurement source and prices, negotiation, make supplier comparison, processing purchase order etc
* Having Knowledge of expediting, vendor relationship etc
* Fluent in speaking & writing English language
* Able to operate computer software i.e MS Office, MS Project
* Work location : Head Office
WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER ( required 1 person )
Requirement :
* Male
* Age 30 – 35 years old
* Education from S1-Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical
* Manage operation of warehouse activities
* Have an experience 5 years at warehouse at EPC company
* Have a good knowledge of warehouse procedure & system
* Have a good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, quality program for warehouse and material control
* Have a good knowledge of consumables & material include their system & procedure
* Have a good knowledge of equipment & services
* Have a good knowledge of safety audit program
* Fluent in speaking & writing English language
* Able to operate computer software i.e MS Office, MS Project
* Work location : Warehouse
