Requirements:

Structural Civil Supervisor
Responsibility:
* Check all preparation of designs for tenders and contracts, prepared by Design Engineer.
* Respond to technical queries from site.
* Provide clients with the best technical solutions.
* Attend technical meetings with clients.
* Interpret Site Investigation Reports to select appropriate design parameters.
* To provide management and technical leadership to a team allocated to undertake design tasks.
* To be able to carry out 'key' analysis or design tasks.
* To satisfy the project requirements with respect to quality, program and cost
* Ensure quality assurance on engineering designs, including Subs.
* Ensure quality assurance on the consistent application of company engineering standards.
* Advise on changes in production and/or erection techniques.
* Recommend modifications to the company engineering standards for erection drawings, engineering process, detailing and instructional curriculum.
* Answer technical questions on existing structures.
* Sign and seal calculations, developed or checked by Senior Design Engineer and drawings reviewed by Senior Design Engineer.
* Ensure adherence to agree upon project schedules.
* Analyze structural of telecommunication towers, design tower reinforcement to accommodate additional loads, design roof top steel platform to support telecommunication equipment
* Review structural drawings.
* Check report of field surveys of existing telecommunication sites.
* Responsibilities included but not Limited to Development, Finalization of entire user Program till End of the project, all in accordance with the PM-CM Scope of Services, Evaluate, Report on Technical Tenders Submittals, Overall Responsibility to Lead and Directs for the performance of the Consultant Design Teams and User /Designer Communications
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of structural design.
* Having educational background minimum degree in Civil Engineering
* Have relevant experience in Structural design area, ideally a working knowledge of Civil design techniques
* Experience in the design and construction process, an ability to effectively control time, costs and resources, have the confidence to challenge designs and propose alternative solutions and have a working knowledge of Telecommunication Area.
* Applicants should have a relevant engineering degree, preferably be chartered with strong IT capabilities, Excel, Word and ideally have AutoCAD experience.
* Able to make technical presentations, internally and externally.
