Job description :
You will support the operation by accepting and solving the problem of our customer via phone – calling. That’s why you should be able to expertise in our product knowledge and having a courtesy in tele-service code of conduct.
Requirement: :
* Min education; diploma (3 years education) with min GPA 2.75
* Age, not more than 28 years old
* Having an experience of desk collection, tele service (inbound) min. in 1 year
* Having a good communication skill
* Proficient in English
