HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT MANAGER - JOBCODE
Responsibilities :
* Lead and full-time manage Human Resources software implementation project based on standard project management methodology.
* Liase with various departments within the bank to resolve arisen issues due to the implementation.
* Vendor management on contractual issues, costing, and service level agreement.
* Update Senior Management on the progress of the implementation project on periodic basis.
Requirements:
* Graduated from reputable university with relevant major with minimum S1 degree.
* Must have previously implemented at least 1 Human Resources software package.
* Minimum 2 years project management experience within 5 years general banking experience.
* Excellent knowledge in understanding of Human Resources practices and general accounting principles.
* Well versed in system Project Management Methodology and SDLC (Software Developmenet Life Cycle).
* Some travel to regional offices might be required.
* Must possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
