System Analyst Programmer
Job Description
* Interface with clients to gather software requirements
* Perform requirements analysis and create technical design
* Perform technical analysis and software coding
* Define test cases for functional and integration testing
* Maintain/ support existing software application
Required Work Experience
* 3 years of prior work experiences as a software programmed
* Experienced in performing requirements analysis and technical design for banking products
* Experienced and knowledge of financial/ Banking/ Risk Management sectors are preferred
* Experienced in performing coding and impact analysis
* Familiar with testing and QA methodologies
* Familiar with networking and application layer coding is a plus

Qualifications :
* Male/ Female aged between 25-30 years old
* Minimal holding a Bachelor Degree/ Sarjana Strata 1 (S1), preferably holding a degree in IT or Economics/ Management with Excellent IT knowledge
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Min 3 years experience as Account Executive in IT solution
* Have a good knowledge and experience as in one of this sector : Banking, Government or Public Sector, Telecommunication, Energy or Oil and Gas Industry
* Proactive and aggressive in selling and competing (love to win)
* Full Business focus and dedicated
* Willing to keep learning & updating self with the latest technology & business solution
* Attractive, well presentable and excellence negotiation skill
* Able to work under pressure and in a fact pace independently
* Excellent sales track record / sales turnover in the finance industry with a minimum of USD 250.000 p.a within the last 3 years
* Have own vehicle will be an advantage
* Have experience in handling tender/ Request for Proposal (RFP) for big companies
