VACANCY AT IT COMPANY

We are one of the fastest growing IT Company and now we are looking for a dynamic people to fill up the position of :

HR & GA Executive (to be located in Service Centre)

Job Specification:

* Comprehend in job analysis, job evaluation, grading, performance management, recruitment tools, T & D, etc.

* Control and assist the implementation of HR function according to policy and procedures

* Manage the administration of HR & GA matters in Service Centre.

* Assist superior to socialize related HR & Administration programs, procedure, and policies for information and discuss all employment matters, such as disputes, complain, etc, to find a win-win solution between employees and management

* Maintain good internal and external communication, and provide best service to internal customers to create value to productivity.

* Perform the personnel administration of insurance, attendance record, leave records, prevailing expenses of the employee, etc, are carried out timely and accurately.

* Assist superior in conducting recruitment and selection process.

* Provide recommendation to superior on salary increase composition in accordance to the employee performance rating and the approved company budget.

* Keep abreast related to manpower regulations and law in order to assure legal compliance of company regulations.

* Maintain office/pantry supplies and equipment to support operation, handling ticketing etc.


Minimum Qualification :

* Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Psychology or Management

* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, has experience as HR consultant would be an advantage.

* Pleasant personality and good in interpersonal and communication skill

* High proficient in English (verbal and written).


Senior Sales Administration

Job Specification:

* This position reports to Head of Corporate Sales

* Able to manage and coordinate all the administrative works in corporate and marketing division in order to support partners in administrative requirements for projects.

* Coordinate administration staff in delivering administrative duties.

* Monitor and review the sales performance record and compile into Sales Performance Report accurately.

* Coordinate staff in supporting sales team, partner management and presales team in administration function.

Minimum Qualification :

* Minimum Bachelor degree, in Management

* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.

* Pleasant personality and good in interpersonal and communication skill

* High proficient in English (verbal and written).
