We are an established sport shoes manufacturing company, located in Serpong (Tangerang) is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the following position

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT STAFF (PM)

General Requirement :
· S1 degree from reputable university with GPA (min 2.75), majoring in Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
· Minimum 1 year experience as performance management or human resource staff (in manufacturing industry will be an advantage)
· Familiar and has knowledge of Performance Management or Organizational Development
· Fresh graduate who have strong interest in Organizational Development are welcome to apply
· Good in analitycal thinking
· Able to work under pressure
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good command in English, both written and spoken
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

RECRUITMENT STAFF (HR-Rec)

General Requirement:
· Minimum S1 degree from reputable university with GPA (min. 2,75), majoring in Psychology (having degree as Psychologist will be preferable)
· Having experience as recruitment staff, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply as long as has depth knowledge about recruitment process
· Familiar and has depth knowledge in psychological assesment tools
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Having strong initiative, able to work with team and under pressure
· Good command in English, both written and spoken
