A leading multinational oil and gas company is seeking a qualified Indonesian Nationals for the positions of :
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR (Code : IMS)
The main responsibilities are to coordinate operation of Information management Services both Business and Technical records
to include provide training to Record Coordinator, to keep global integrity and share best practice, supervise operation for central file rooms/offsite storage/vital records/barcode system, record management services and retention schedule.
Qualifications :
• Preferred Professional knowledge and education of Records Management and Library Management, Certified Records Manager or equivalent experience plus 5-8 years related experience
• Preferred 5 years leadership experience.
SAFETY COORDINATOR (Code : SC)
The main responsibilities are to coordinate the implementation of company safety policy & systems within Facilities Operations, make sure that all activities are in compliance with all applicable safety requirements and guidelines, to supervise site operation on all facilities projects, and to provide safety briefing and training to employees and contractors.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with min. GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Preferred 5 years experience of working in safety management system, preferably in oil and gas industry.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPERVISOR (Code : FM)
The main responsibilities are to manage all facilities operations and maintenance of the office facilities to include Operations and Maintenance - overall management of building operations, maintenance and repairs, office renovation, office re-plans, utilities consumption, janitor services, security services, etc., Office Support Services - overall management of mail room services, reception, telephone switchboard, facilities helpdesk, copier administration, company cars, car drivers, catering, central conference and training room, etc.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil, Facilities Management, Business Studies, or relevant technical discipline with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Preferred 5 years experience of working in a customer services oriented environment, contract administration (bidding procedure, etc), working knowledge of real estate or building engineering.
• Business and financial planning / reporting skills.
• Ability to work with Landlords and managing agents, management of consultants, contractors, and services provider.
• Ability to work with regulatory officials and government department.
General Requirements :
• Good command in English (written and oral)
• Possess a good critical and analytical thinking
• Good interpersonal skill and coordination
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.
