positions:

FORECASTER
Reporting to Manager PPIC, the incumbent would be responsible to
conduct prompt and accurate national inventory availability in the
coordination with Head Quarter and affiliate related sections /
departments.
Successful candidates should be of a university graduate, majoring in
Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management with at least three
years working experience in PPIC or forecasting.
Having good analysis on MRP, forecasting, procurement, supply chain,
as well as fluent in English both written and spoken, good
communication skill are a must.

SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR
Reporting to Sales Support Manager, the incumbent would be
responsible for the development and the smooth running of all
events / functions / programs for the Amway Distributors (IBOs), to
oversee, coordinate, and assist organization of other company
meetings.
Successful candidates should be of a Diploma graduate, majoring in
hotel or tourism with minimum two years working experience in
handling events.
Fluent in English both oral and written, knowledgeable in budgeting
and cost efficiency, good relationship with travel agents and hotel
representative, good organization skill, good administration,
diligence and ability to work under pressure from deadline and
changes as well as ability to work well with regional sales staffs
and other relevant personnel for support are a must.

COPY WRITER
The incumbent would be accountable for the researching, writing,
editing, and proofreading of copy, planning, and organizing editorial
activities to ensure that the Company's publications are timely,
accurate, and well-crafted.
Successful candidates should be of a university graduate majoring in
communication with minimum 2 years working experience in
communication.
Knowledgeable in marketing communication, including product promotion
(above and below the line), copy writing, communication skill,
computer literate as well as knowledge in graphic design are a must.

GRAPHIC / WEB DESIGNER
The incumbent would be responsible for the visual look and feel of
Amway in all its stakeholder spaces, including general public,
distributors, other affiliates and customers.
Successful candidates should be of a university graduate majoring in
graphic design, with experience in using computer graphic programs,
such as Quark Express, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand,
PageMaker, 3D Max, Java Script.
Familiar using Macintosh computer, good communication skill with good
teamwork are a must.

TEMPORARY TELEORDER STAFF at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta
The incumbent would be responsible to enter orders via telephone from
Amway distributors.
Successful candidates should be of a diploma graduate at any field
with at least one year experience in telesales / telemarketing.
Self motivated, hardworking with strong interpersonal, computer
skill, and communication skill are a must.

TEMPORARY ORDER ENTRY / CASHIER STAFF at ADC Bogor, Bekasi, Serpong
The incumbent would be responsible as an order entry as well as a
cashier.
Successful candidates should be of a diploma graduate, majoring in
banking or communication, with at least two years experience as
cashier or teller or customer service.
Good personality, excellent customer service with strong
interpersonal skill, computer skill, and communication skill are a
must.
