PT GE Lighting Indonesia is seeking for qualified Corporate Legal with criteria as below:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities :
* Overlook all the local agreement : drafting & execute
* Conduct compliance training
* Taking care all the company licenses
* Preparing Annual General meeting, Director meeting, Dept Head meeting & Extra originally meeting
* In charge on Compliance and Legal issues
* Taking care of expart documentation
* Maintain & Renew internal policy
* Taking care the T&L process
Job Requirements :
* EDUCATION: Min of Bachelor degree of LAW from reputable local / overseas university
* PREFERENCE: Male, or female, maximum of 30 years old
* EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years experience Corporate Legal
* PREFERABLE: Having experience in the Law Firm min of 2 years
* LANGUAGE: Active and Passive English is a must
* LOCATION: Yogyakarta
