Senior Network Planning and Optimization Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

Senior Network Planning and Optimization Engineer is responsible of providing pre-planning, network planning and pre-launch optimization services for Our Client system customers for network implementation projects in collaboration NET sell phase team.
Furthermore Senior Network Planning and Optimization Engineer is having role on supporting for CAT / CBT. Senior Network Planning Engineer has supporting role on controlling success on pre-planning, planning and pre-launch optimization activities along with network planning expert and /or manager. Competence development and transfer are essential parts of the role towards selected Partners and own planner. Service deployment is carried out either as consultancy basis and /or as full commitment basis.
Key counterparts are Our Client project team ( network planning management or colleaques, site acquisition, telecom implementation, project management, technical management) and customer organization ( network engineering team).
In sell phase key counterpart are CAT & CBT (service solution manager, cost manager, account management ). Reporting lines : Business Unit : NET, Delivery Operations, Delivery and Maintenance Services, Delivery Services, Network Planning Education .
In Technology Key criteria : Good technical knowledge in various network interfaces, network elements, protocols and standards, approach being system level understanding. Knowledge and experience min 4 years on network planning principles, tools and processes. Soft skills such as leading and coaching subcontractor as well as customer interfacing skills.
