We are seeking experience Accounting/Finance Graduate to be part of the teams to support Finance Department.
Accounting & Finance Staff
Basic Requirements:
• S1/S2 in Accounting/Finance Graduate from reputable universities
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same/similar field
• Familiar with accounting software like MYOB, Peachtree, etc.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
Key responsibilities will include:
• Report to Finance Director.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, develivery orders, and payments
• Responsible for tax preparation & reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting & financial reports
• Handled insurance substances for the company such as for company’s cars, products delivery, claims, etc.
• Responsible for detail expenses’ analysis by comparing to the budget.
• Maintained good relationship with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory & logistic
• Kept up good filing for necessary documents.
