TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATIVE
Job requirements :
To assist Project Manager in the administrative matters related to the project development for building/space, such as preparing any orders to be issued, contracts to be awarded, monitor the budget and variation order, prepare monthly cost report of the project and store investments.
* Architecture/ Civil Engineering graduated from reputable University * At least 3 years experience as Estimator of high rise or multi used building projects
* Female from consultant or building developer
* Age - not more than 30 years old
* Fluent in English both oral and written, computer literate and highly numerate literate
* Independent but could work as a team
SHOPPING MALL ADMINISTRATION
Job requirements :
Responsible to handle day to day administration activities related to the shopping mall owned by Carrefour in terms of commercial and non-commercials aspects.
* S1 degree from reputable University
* At least 2 (two) years experience in commercial building (Shopping Mall, Retail, etc) as tenant relation administration
* Female, age 25 - 29 years old
* Fluent in English and computer literate
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Could work independently as well as in a team
GOVERNMENT RELATION MANAGER
Job requirements :
Primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies and plans to create and maintain a comprehensive government relations network. Furthermore the prime objective is to create a positive attitudinal and regulatory environment for the company.
* Legal background from reputable University
* At least 5 years similar professional experience
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English is a must
* Would be ideal if familiar with Department of Trade
* Preferably male, age around 29 – 34 years old
PROJECT TECHNICAL MANAGER (PTM)
Job requirements :
The incumbent will be responsible, lead and manage the whole stage of the project (development of new Carrefour building/space) starting from the design stage up to the completion of the building or space to be fully utilized. He/she will act as mediator of Carrefour and the Consultants & Contractors for the project, and also responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget and as per the specification required.
* Architecture or civil engineering graduated from reputable University
* At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager of high rise or multi used building projects,
* Preferably from consultant or building developer
* Age between 29 - 35 years old
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
* Experience in handling commercial projects such as shopping mall is an advantage
* Willing to travel and / or working out side Jakarta
* Independent but could work as a team
