We are a growing fast national consultant company seeking an expert and professional to fill various position to support our several project implementation in Aceh as follows:
Civil Engineer/Constructi on Management Specialist (CM)
This is 10 (ten) months contract job, base in Banda Aceh, Meulaboh, & Nias with frequently travel to project site in Aceh & Nias.
Coordinate and develop housing structural works detail engineering
design (DED) activities and ensure efficient implementation of the
designated tasks; responsible for construction management function of the project which is include coordinate implementation aspects with the participating local community, BRR, and local governments, particularly the BAPPEDA, Dinas Perkotaan dan Permukiman (Urban Planning and Settlements Department) or others responsible in the area of housing and shelter development and other related Dinas at city or district level; and take overall responsibility for timely preparation and submission of require reports, and ensure their quality and completeness.
You should be a civil engineer, and preferable a masters degree (S2), qualified and experienced in community housing project design and construction management with significant experience in community development, proven ability to develop and design the structural work of the housing and its infrastructure, have a minimum of 8 (eight) years related project experiences and preferable with ADB’s, World Bank’s or others overseas funding agencies Project; Fluent in English both oral and written is a must; Computer literate; Willing to works under pressure and after office hour.
Geodetic Engineer (GE)
This is 10 - 12 (ten – twelve) months contract job, base in Banda
Aceh with frequently travel to project site in Kota Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Sabang, Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, and Nias Island.
Coordinate geodetic survey and prepare geodetic map (layout/land maps, contour, cut & fill drawing, etc) activities and ensure efficient implementation of the designated tasks; coordinate implementation aspects with the participating local community, BRR, and local governments, particularly the BAPPEDA, Dinas Perkotaan dan Permukiman (Urban Planning and Settlements Department) or others responsible in the area of housing and shelter development and other related Dinas at city or district level; and take overall responsibility for timely preparation and submission of require reports, and ensure their quality and completeness.
You should be a geodetic engineer/Surveyor (S1/DIII) or other related background, and preferable a masters degree (S2), qualified and experienced in community housing project design with significant experience in community development, proven ability to develop and design the geodetic map of the housing and its infrastructure, have a minimum of 8 (eight) years related project experiences and preferable with ADB’s, World Bank’s or others overseas funding agencies Project; Fluent in English both oral and written is a must; Computer literate; Willing to works under pressure and after office hour.
Community Development Specialist (CD)
This is 1 (one) year contract job, 2 (two) position base in Banda Aceh with frequently travel to project site in Kota Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, and Sabang, or Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, and Nias Island.
Coordinate community action plan (which is include identify, assessment, develop and organize community committee, communication, socialization, etc) on participate in land mapping reconfirm, detail engineering design (DED), and construction activities and ensure efficient implementation
of the designated tasks; coordinate implementation aspects with the
participating local community, BRR, and local governments, particularly the BAPPEDA, Dinas Perkotaan dan Permukiman (Urban Planning and Settlements Department) or others responsible in the area of housing and shelter development and other related Dinas at city or district level; and take overall responsibility for timely preparation and submission of require reports, and ensure their quality and completeness.
You should be a bachelors degree with relevant background, and
preferable a masters degree (S2), qualified and experienced in community housing with significant experience in community development, have a minimum of 8 (eight) years related project experiences and preferable with ADB’s, World Bank’s or others overseas funding agencies Project; Fluent in English both oral and written is a must; Computer literate; Willing to works under pressure and after office hour.
Environmental Specialist (ES)
This is 1 (one) year contract job, base in Banda Aceh with frequently travel to project site in Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, and Nias Coordinate environmental aspect on detail engineering design (DED) and construction activities, and ensure efficient implementation of the designated tasks; coordinate implementation aspects with the participating local community, BRR, and local governments, particularly the BAPPEDA, Dinas Perkotaan dan Permukiman (Urban Planning and Settlements Department) or others responsible in the area of housing and shelter development and other related Dinas at city or district level; and take overall responsibility for timely preparation and submission of
require reports, and ensure their quality and completeness.
You should be a environmental bachelors degree or other relevant
background, and preferable a masters degree (S2), qualified and
experienced in community housing with significant experience in
community development, have a minimum of 8 (eight) years related project experiences and preferable with ADB’s, World Bank’s or others overseas funding agencies Project; Fluent in English both oral and written is a must; Computer literate; Willing to works under pressure and after office hour.
