VARIOUS POSITION AT MINING COMPANY

Our Client, A Multinational Mining Company, is looking for
exceptional individuals for these positions in Kalimantan:

Workshop Maintenance Superintendent (302):

• Manage a truck maintenance workshop and trailers
• Responsible for the Master Maintenance Plan for the whole
fleet
• Discuss the implementation of the Master Maintenance Plan
with the coal hauling superintendent
• Conduct a risk assessment exercise for the workshop
• Maintain the Vehicle History record for all the fleet
• Plan the training matrix of all workshop personnel
• Workshop quality control

Workshop Maintenance Supervisor (313):

• Conduct workshop safety toolbox meeting.
• Responsible for workshop operations with shifts.
• Implements Master Maintenance Plan.
• Organize maintenance crew into teams for workshop efficiency
& productivity.
• Technically competent on trucks and equipment especially
trucks with Euro 3 engine.
• Issue & sign mechanic job orders and repair orders.
Our Client, A Multinational Mining Company, is looking for
exceptional individuals for these positions in Kalimantan:

Operations Superintendent (301):

• Plan for mining or operators and other support staff to run
the coal hauling division
• Plan for the efficient integration of the coal hauling
division with other parts of the client mining division
• Work with product support personal on site including
technical team, be technically inclined towards truck transportation
• Management and coordination of loading operators and road
maintenance department to ensure
• Review the current risk assessment for the coal hauling
operations

Operations Supervisor (312):

• Recruit operators for contract hire trucks and organize
operators
• Work with product support personal on site including
technical team regarding issues that may effect the trucks
technically including but not limited to brakes, clutches and
transmissions
• Management and coordination of loading operators and road
maintenance department
• Manage and cultivate drivers
• Conduct short courses on driver development so drivers can
appreciate working
• Responsible for driver assessments in cooperation with
driver trainers
• Responsible for the truck utilization factors
