IT Help Desk
Responsibilities :
Working in Help Desk for IT Division, receiving internal incoming calls related to PC, networking & phone problem, prepare & distributed appropriate documents to end user, interactively recording incoming problem & various request from end user, solve the incoming problem under close supervision, install and maintain PC hardware/software, as well as networking equipment.
Requirements :
* Male, single
* Age max. 25 years old
* D3 in Information Technology with GPA above 2.75
* Fluent in English
* Able to work under pressure
* Working in Help Desk for IT Division, receiving internal incoming calls related to PC, networking & phone problem, prepare & distributed appropriate documents to end user, interactively recording incoming problem & various request from end user, solve the incoming problem under close supervision, install and maintain PC hardware/software, as well as networking equipment.
