Travel Writer
Responsibilities:
• We are looking for a English travel writer with a good knowledge of Jakarta and outskirts of the Jakarta towns e.g puncak, bandung etc.
• You will work with the editors to plan and make arrangements to review different places of interest, nightlife, hotels and tourist spots in Jakarta .
• You will conduct the interviews at these places and highlight the pro’s and con’s of each place that you review.
• You will use your flair for writing (all articles are in English) and your creativity effectively to meet the tight deadlines for submitting your articles and for it to be publish.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• You need to have GOOD written English and preferably with some experience in writing for travel sites or magazines.
• If you have good English but no writing experience, you are also welcome to apply.
• You must be someone who is fun loving, love meeting people and willing to work under pressure
• Good local knowledge of Indonesia and willing to work in Jakarta
We are looking for candidates who are hardworking, willing to work beyond office hours and know how to enjoy themselves while doing all the hard work. This job is definitely not for the faint heart.
