Project Manager SBU Reorganization (code : CMO PM 01)
• University graduate, S1 Majoring in Economics/Psychology from
reputable university or S2 (MBA/MSc majoring in Management).
• Min. Of 8 years experience in Human Resources and / or Strategic Planning in banking or consultant specialist in financial services.
• Experience in handling reorganization implementation of SBU Structures in banking.
• Expert in arranging the roles and responsibilities, KPIs and Job Descriptions for entire SBU.
• Good persuasive, communication and presentation skills
• Computer & English literate.
• High discipline, strong leadership, self driven, high motivation & commitment in achieving targets.
