Our client currently is seeking outstanding candidate to fill the ADMINISTRATION position of :

MARKETING OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Searching and develop new customers / opportunities.
- Identify and ensure continuing business with existing customers
- Promote the company’s product to nominate existing and prospective clients.
- Planning and organizing Sales & Marketing Activities.
- Delivering technical presentation and negotiation price with new customers or existing customers .
- Presenting your activity report to your direct supervisor.
- Work within the company’s pricing guidelines and liaise with management in reviewing price lists etc.
- Provide customers with necessary estimates, brochures, pricing specifications as appropriate.

Requirements:
- Min Diploma III or Bachelors degree in Business Management / Economy / Mining Engineer or related disciplines.
- Male, age 30-40 years.
- Have s ales experiences in relevant experience at Mining industry.
- Exposures to delivery and market analysis condition, and handling document (preferably in the coal industry).
- Have knowledge of coal contract and report management.
- Have a good relationship with government, client and buyer.
- Exposures to provide market and customer data bank in coal industry.
- Ready to work under high pressure situation.
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skill.
- Have Good English (Spoken & Writing).
- Willing to travel to site.

PERSONNEL MANAGER

Responsibilities :
To implement and administer personnel systems and procedures and maintain a positive working climate through management of employee / industrial relation.

Qualifications :
- Must have Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Male, age minimum 35 years
- Have minimum 4 years of work experience in the Human Resources function in supervisory level.
- Have a good track record in handling manage personnel and administration functions as well as managing relationship with external parties and union.
- Ready to work under high pressure situation
- Strong analytical & conceptual capability
- Strong Leadership & communication skill
- Excellence computer literate
- Good English ( Spoken & Writing )
- Willing to travel to branch / site

TRAFFIC MANAGER


Responsibilities:
- Supervise all traffic staff.
- Ensure that ISO 19001, ISO 14001 and FAIMISO Procedures and Work Instructions are being followed properly. Update ISO19001, ISO 14001 and FAIMISO procedures with the company M.R. whenever necessary
- Make sure all jobs according to the procedures as stipulated in the ISO 9001 manual.
- Ensure that customers/agents receive the most efficient and friendly service possible
- Issue destination rate quotations to agents. Also follow up with the agents to try to book the job and any negotiation required.
- Ensures the department meets Quality Objectives.
- Each week review any and all future inbound moves to ensure our customers needs or requirements are attended to, talk to the prospective inbound customer if they can be located
- Respond customer complaint
- To draft Inbound Invoice
- Assist with problems solving and prevention in their area of responsibility
- Any operational matters (problems, suggestions) should be brought to the attention of the Managing Director.
- Maintain & update tonnage report monthly and send to corporate Headquarter.
- Submit monthly OMNI Tonnage list to OMNI
- Ensure agent files are updated as and when required
- Ensure on time and accurate billing for all inbound customers
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director

REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s (S1) in Land Transport or equivalent
- Expert in Traffic and related issues
- Experience in Managing more than 10 (ten) employees
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in export & Import at moving company (house hold)
- Prefererably managers specializing in Freight / Shipping / Logistics or equivalent.


SUPERINTENDENT, APPLICATIONS ARCHITECT

The purpose of this position is:
Provide application design leadership by creating and enforcing a common and consistent approach to applications based upon current and developing industry standards thereby benefiting customers by enhancing standardization, reliability and consistency.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

- Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business Administration)
- Have at least 5 years experience in IS design and development.
- Have at least 3 years experience with Microsoft Development environment
- Have very strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

- Coordinate and control the design and evaluation activities, to produce the most appropriate and reliable IT system applications.
- Develop, and evaluate standard policies and procedures relating with application development to ensure that all development and implementation processes are in compliance with established standard, company policies and business ethics.
- Coordinate and control the applications systems design, to provide professional recommendations about the most appropriate design solutions.
- Review all corporate application to identify design issues and opportunities.
- Provide training and other information to programmers and analysts to improve their productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Assess staff development needs, plan and identify appropriate development method (i.e. Training, Seminars, Job Rotations) to ensure all designers and developers possess the required skill and knowledge.
- Maintain currency with industry framework standards and tools supported within the context of the MIS Strategic plan – specifically the areas of Microsoft Development, Business Objects, Oracle and Ellipse.
- Provide regular briefings to colleagues and senior MIS staff addressing opportunities and future technology directions

SUPERINTENDENT, DATA DESIGN ARCHITECT

The purpose of this position is:

Provide database design and maintenance leadership by creating and enforcing a common and consistent approach to the design and management of all data structures that support MIS Applications to optimize the long term business value of the applications portfolio.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

- Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business Administration)
- Have at least 5 years experience in IS design, development and realese
- Have at least 3 years experience with database design
- Have very strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

- Coordinate and control the database design in support of applications to deliver the most efficient, reliable, secure and high performance data access possible.
- Develop, and evaluate stadard policies and procedures relating with database design and redesign to ensure that they are in compliance with established MIS and Audit standards, company policies and business ethics
- Coordinate and control the database upgrade and advice on the completeness and readiness of any new development.
- Review all corporate data stores to identify data access security weaknesses and opportunities.
- Provide training and other information to programmers and analysts to improve their productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Assess staff development needs, plan and identify appropriate development method (i.e. Training, Seminars, Job Rotations) to ensure all designers and developers possess the required skill and knowledge.
- Maintain currency with industry QA, Security and design Methodology standards

SUPERINTENDENT, MIS PORTFOLIO COORDINATOR


The purpose of this position is:

Maintain a portfolio all MIS projects, proposals and resource plans in order to communicate its current status and future plans in order to support the MIS strategic plan by engaging key business executives with MIS managers in order to gain common understanding and agreement with development priorities for constrained MIS resources in order to optimize the long term net business value of MIS

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

- Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business Administration)
- Have at least 5 years experience in IS.
- Have at least 2 years experience with project or portfolio management
- Have very strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Coordinate and control the management standards of projects and proposals across MIS
- Develop, and manage procedures relating to proposal evaluation and documentation to ensure that all opportunities can be compared and evaluated effectively in compliance with established MIS and Audit standards, company policies and business ethics.
- Communicate regularly with the MIS Managers and VP to describe the current and future portfolio status.
- Maintain the MIS 5 year strategic plan
- Facilitate regular communication briefings between senior MIS and senior company personnel in order to define and redefine priorities, describe status and present future long-range plans.
- Monitor staff compliance with project management methodology and tools.


POSITION DESCRIPTION : Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure continuing business with existing customers
- Identify and develop new customers / opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency In English & Local Languages.
- Must be able to work independently as well as cohesively as a team
- Exposures to Seafood/ poultry/ packaging/ feedmill/ refrigeration/ capital equipment Industry.
- 3 to 5 years Sales Experiences in equipment.


CIVIL & STRUCTURAL DRAFTER

KEY TASKS
- Assist more senior drafters in a support/back-up role in the production of drawings.
- Allocate, check and control work or activities of small groups of others.
- To undertake detailed drafting tasks of limited scope and complexity under the direction and guidance of more senior drafters or engineers.

CRITERIA REQUIRED

1. Ability to use basic drafting knowledge to interpret information.
2. Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
3. Ability to use a variety of standard drafting methods and techniques to draw product.
4. Ability to develop additional skills on the use of CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) as a tool to assist in the production of drawings
5. Has experience in Civil and Structural Projects


MECHANICAL DESIGNER

KEY TASKS
- Under limited supervision required to carry out the planning of operations and/or processes including material costs and qualities.
- Assume responsibility for the results of small to medium sized projects or sections of projects.
- Carry out complex testing as required.
- Prepare reports of a technical nature on specific tasks or assignments as directed.
- Assist in the training of subordinate staff.

CRITERIA REQUIRED
- Experienced in the design & layout of material handling equipment/projects
- Ability to interpret complex information and carry out instructions.
- Ability to lead/manage small groups.
- Quality and accuracy of technical reports
- Ability to exercise high precision skills using various materials and/or specialized techniques.
- Effectively communicate within the work team.


STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

KEY TASKS
- Under supervision to undertake engineering tasks of limited scope and complexity.
- Assist in the analysis of information, production of designs and computations.
- Under supervision, assist in the preparation of specifications, proposals and other documentation.
- Under supervision to perform tasks associated with site inspections and reporting.

CRITERIA REQUIRED
- Has experienced in Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings and Marine Structures
- Ability to use basic theoretical knowledge of engineering concepts to analyze and interpret information.
- Communicate ideas and information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Use a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques to solve problems.
- Accurately analyse and collate data and produce computations and designs.


CIVIL ENGINEER


- To undertake various engineering assignments of reasonable complexity
- Produce designs, documentation reports, proposals and specifications to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
- Contribute to project planning.
- Assume responsibility for planning and managing resources of small projects or parts of larger projects.

CRITERIA REQUIRED
- Has Experience in some of the following projects:
- Road projects (mine haul road, freeway, etc)
- Industrial Site development projects (bulk earthworks, road, stormwater, pavement, sewer, etc)
- Hydraulic projects (water supply, etc)
- Geotechnical (slope stability, piles & foundation design, etc)
- Civil Structure projects (Bridges, etc)
- Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex technical nature.
- Lead/manage small work teams.
- Ability to plan and manage small projects or parts of larger projects.
- Accuracy and timeliness of technical documents and reports.
- Customer satisfaction.
