Job Description and Responsibilities :
1.Male/Woman
2.min. S1 - Psychology degree (has taken profession study) from reputable university
3.Min. 1 year experience in the same field
4.Sound understanding of Recruitment & Placement procedures
5.Hands on experience in Administration and Interpretation of Psychological Test, also make Psychological Report
6.Has knowledge about competency and assessment center
7.Excellent competency/ skills in:
* Analytical/logical thinking
* Oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
* Teamwork
* Relationships building with all related parties
* Office application : MS Word, Excell, Power Point, Visio
