Loan Facility Administration
Experience:
* S1, Accounting, Fresh graduate or 1 – 2 years experience position in similar position will be preferable.

* Maintain credit related information.

Loan Documentation
Level: Senior Officer
Experience:
* Min 2 years in similar position
* S1, preferably Legal background
Job Description:
* Prepare loan facility and security documents for Corporate and Consumer Clients.
* Administer loan and security documents for the purpose of loan disbursement.
* Perform centralised receipt and review all original documents and other supporting documents.
* Maintain loan documentation database.
* Prepare report and monitor pending documents.
* Liaise with internal and external parties for the completion of loan, security and other supporting documents.
* Perform custody of original documents.
IT Delivery Management Officer
Experience:
* Has 3 years experience in similar position
* Bachelor graduate from information technology
* Quick learner, high motivation, willing to learn new things

Job Description:
* Supervise IT & Business Process development
* Review existing IT & Business Process (whether they are adequate, effective, efficient and hassle free)
* Propose the improvement or innovations in IT & business process.
* Lead the project team in development & implementation stage.
* Provide required user manual for all business process requires IT support
* Provide first line support & problem solving analysis, co-ordinated with IT Application Support.
Credit Portfolio Management
Experience:
* Extensive knowledge in Credit Risk including cross border, sovereign, and trading credit risk, market risk, reputation, documentation and operational risk.
* Analytical knowledges.

* Good communicational skills
* Sufficient knowledge supporting applications such as MRA, KMV, CROSS, LPT, Rapid
* Bachelor in Accountancy / Business / Economics / Finance, preferably an overseas graduate and/or ample demonstrated succesfull experence in a similar position.
* Minimum related experience: at least 3-5 experience in commercial or corporate credit risk analysis and/or corporate marketing in Banking
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
Job Description:
1. Pre-origination analysis:
* Obtain client information immediately upon availability, including financial statements / forecast / budgets and forward a copy to CPM Hub.
* Translate local documents into an English version, where required.
* Conduct preliminary evaluation of the proposed deals so as to decide involvement of CPM Hub or rejection of the proposed deals.
2. Structuring:
* Structure transactions to meet client’ objectives, market standards and the Bank’s underwriting criteria.
* Serve as the first contact point for the Client BU and other FM Value Centres and assume responsibility for structuring and executing credit transactions upon request.
* Benchmark terms and conditions and pricing to market. Provide pricing recommendations for credit transactions.
* CPM and Portfolio Strategy will closely align to determine liquidity strategies as well as pricing issues.
3. Credit application:
* Manage the credit application process, including the preparation and submission of all credit applications (including submissions on behalf of other BUs). Qualification of application:
o Structure is in line with the loan purpose, clearly define and in line with client’s operating pattern.
o Key success factors and risks have been correctly identified and analyzed (environment, industry, regulatory), and the mitigants have been properly identified.
o The analysis has included a ‘forward looking’ element to the commentary, i.e. not simply a story based on past history.
o Obtain the latest financials as well as other credit related and outlook information at least one month before the review due date.
o Reputation of the external auditors must be ensured.
o For in-country proposal prepared, prepare MRA for financial statements, having sufficient depth analysis (sensitivity analysis should b carried out where necessary) and generate LA Encore.
o For CPM Hub proposal prepared, obtain financial statement and deliver such to CPM Hub for their MRA preparation, analysis and LA Encore generation.
LPT form should be completed with all proposals. (Forward the draft LPT to CPM Hub for input and then release the final LPT, where appropriate).
o Prompt CPM Hub with sufficient advance notice (say at least one month in advance) in order to avoid credit presentation bottlenecks near month end.
o Client visits and call report (target 15% - 20% of time) at least once a year for UCR 3 or better accounts and twice a year for UCR 4 or worse accounts.
o All written correspondence with CC-GRM concerning credit proposals and reviews are to be undertaken within RAPID. In this way all questions and answers remain linked to the credit and are available for third parties (e.g. CRO and auditors) to read.
o Complete Client Information Forms (for new clients only).
o Screening through transactions that breach the PM Filters and underwriting appetite, relevant comments must be added after discussing with Portfolio Strategy.
o Conduct researches on local market business environment, industry and client and (when necessary) share the research results with CPM Hub.
o To establish and maintain network with other bankers in the country.
o Ensure effective, efficient and timely distribution of information collected from the in-country Client BU, including the relationship strategy at least one month before review date. (Note: CPM Hub should likewise share information promptly with the Local CPM Representative collected from the Regional Client BU and Portfolio Strategy for those regional driven deals).
o Highlight all documentation deficiencies in the credit proposals.
o Response to queries raised by Risk Management on the credit proposals within 2 (two) working days.
o Prepare term sheets and arranged sign-off.
* Co-sign offer letters and credit documentation (except for Project Finance transactions).
* Apply for cross-border and sovereign risk limits as:1) part of annual budgeting and 2) part of individual credit proposal whenever necessary.
4. Credit application:
* Vet standard documentation and assist Credit Administration, together with Legal, in preparing non-standard documentation.
* Negotiation final terms and conditions with clients together with the Client Executives for bilateral loans and syndicated (non-Project Finance) documentation.
* Negotiation and closing transaction documentation with the clients (although formulation o loan documentation is the primary responsibility of Credit Administration).
* The 2nd signatory to the facility letters and agreements (holders of authorized signatories).
* Collection and submission of properly executed documents (including conditions precedent) to Credit Administration for final checking and verification before safe keep.
* Co-ordinate with Credit Administration to ensure that all conditions precedent are met prior to drawdown.
* Follow up pending documents.
5. Monitoring:
* Check correctness of Facility Surveys.
* Spread into MRA obtained financial statement immediately upon receipt.
* Immediately reporting any breach in covenants upon receiving the knowledge.
* Manage the country’s risk related facilities and maintain the portfolio quality, including overdue reviews, excesses, missing documentation, etc. (Reports produced by Credit Administration).
* Managed the clients’ assets and facilities in order to minimize losses. The adequacy of the security should be ensured; top-ups, close-outs or partial repayments should be arranged to make up shortfalls in collateral.
* Supervise the review process to ensure timely, accurate and concise submissions that adequately address and assess risk.
* Ensure proactive identification of financial deterioration and recommend UCR changes by using early warning tools such as KMV.
* Record relevant client developments in call reports when this is not done by the Client Executives (who have primary responsibility for call reports).
* For accounts downgraded to UCR 5+ or worse, obtain an inventory list on documentation from Credit Administration and then conduct due diligence by opining together with the CRO on the quality of the documentation.
* Prepare quarterly UCR 5+ report (Watch list Report) and submitted to CRO.
* Responsible for client management where any excesses exist in PM facilities. Close consultation with the Client Bus.
* Responsible for informing the Client Bus on actions to be taken where the clients may be outside approved conditions (limit or documentation).
6. Administration and Execution:
* Manage loan rollover and drawdown by quoting rates for bilateral loans and completing rollover/ drawdown forms for Credit Administration to execute.
* Complete loan drawdown / rollover forms and pass on to Credit Administration for execution.
Property Services Assistant
Experience:
* Min 5 years in similar position
* S1 Engineering/ Civil
* Technical Skill (AutoCAD, Architectural, Civil Engineer skills)
Job Description:
* Accountable for all projects done by the Bank including branch relocation/renovation/ restacking/ refurbishment.
* Project Management and/or monitoring of properties related work;
* To ensure that all requests on office spaces, maintenance & repair, renovation, relocation will be fulfilled on time;
* Specific assignments related to property services to be set-up together with Property Services Section Head.
