Operations Manager
Reporting to : Logistics General Manager
Job Description :
Responsible for implementing TNT’s established methodology in managing a wide range of logistics operations and consistently maintain TNT contracts warehousing / sub contracts transport operations for the clients. This role must ensure that client service standards are preserved continuously and meet the business demand in terms of revenue, cost control and profit.
Having a confirmed record in logistics operational, supply chain or distribution with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in large corporation and hold a university degree. You also should be familiar with warehouse management system, health and safety legislation and ISO procedural. Background in petroleum / chemical / pharmaceutical / fast moving consumer good is an advantageous. In addition, you must have a descent leadership / people management, self-motivation and ability to enrich & maintain long term relationship with clients. Having experience in quality management, productivity implementation and computer literacy is essential.
Business Development Analyst
Reporting to : Country BD Manager
Job Description :
* Responsible to assist in the preparation of detailed logistics service proposal, cost models and presentations for potential and existing TNT Business clients with a view to achieving lowest total cost and effective supply chain management.
* Contacting and maintaining existing customers with a view to gaining new business.
* Preparing detailed tender and bid documents, focusing on customer requirements, supply chain interfaces and leveraging the TNT brand and the Competitive advantages of TNT
As front liner you must be :
* Min. S1 from engineering/logistics/transportation management/business management
* At least 3 years exp in business development area and has proven track record in selling skill
* English must be fluent
Purchasing Manager
Reporting to : Financial Controller
Job Description :
* To ensure supply of material and resources for office operation are purchased or leased in efficient manner and accordance to the standard.
* To ensure the availability of reporting document for internal and external use.
* To ensure that all supply is arrived and treated correctly.
Requirements :
* Min. S1
* At least 5 years experiences in similar position
* English must be fluent
