FABRICATION COORDINATOR (FC)
* Coordinate all fabrication aspects of the project and to interface with other project disciplines (ie. Engineering, Procurement, Material Control, Planning, Production & Offshore)
* Ensure that personnel assigned to the Project and all support departments provide the services necessary for the execution of the project
* Oversee the preparation of procedures, material take off, drawings, and authorising the procurement of material and services.
* Minimum 8 years working experience in the fabrication of offshore oil and gas platform in Multi-discipline function
* Ability to understand and interpret structural drawings
* Ability to do marking, layouts, edge preparations and fit ups for different types of joints and know ASME/API standards.
PROJECT ENGINEERS [PR-E]
* Liaise with Design Engineering for any related design issues
* Control and Monitor design deliverables to suits Fabrication schedule and requirement
* Resolve any technical issues with Design Engineering during fabrication
* Liaise with Project construction team, Yard engineering team and vendor, if required.
* The candidate must has previous experienced as Project Engineer in Oil and Gas project, preferably in Large Process Project
* Familiar with 3D process modelling (PDS or PDMS) and project reporting is an advantage
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Willing to work in a fabrication/construction conditions

PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER (PCM)
* Develop and maintain project controls execution plans for projects
* Set up and maintain project controls system, to include schedule, progress, cost and manhour elements
* Supervise a complete group of project controls personnel at a work location
* Take ownership of all project status reporting
* Lead the development of project controls systems and procedures.
* 13+ years experience in project controls - including estimating, cost control, planning/scheduling, and progress measurement - in the engineering and construction industry. Marine fabrication and installation projects preferred
* Some knowledge of Primavera Project Planner application, especially P3 e/c version
* Prior experience supervising 3-20 project controls staff members
SENIOR COST ENGINEER (SCE)
* Set up and maintain cost control systems for moderate to high complexity construction, fabrication and/or installation projects
* Develop man-hour/cost forecasts and change orders based on industry standards
* Set up and maintain scope change control system
* Supervise and mentor a small group of less experienced cost control specialists.
* Lead the development of systems and procedures pertaining to cost control.
* 10+ years experience in project cost control in the engineering and construction industry, preferably marine fabrication and installation projects
* Extensive background in developing project Cost Breakdown Structures, budgets, scope changes, forecasts, etc
* Strong knowledge of cost control applications
* Prior cost control supervisory experience.
JUNIOR COST ENGINEER (JCE)
* Develop project cost reports for basic to moderately complex construction, fabrication and/or installation projects
* Maintain project cost control system
* Assist with the development of project manhour and cost forecasts as well as change orders and trends.
* 3+ years experience in cost control activities in the engineering and construction industry, preferably marine fabrication and installation projects
* Good knowledge of cost control applications
SENIOR PLANNER (SR-P)
* Develop plans/schedules for moderate to complex construction, fabrication and/or installation projects
* Integrate sub-project schedules into one master project schedule
* Set-up and maintain project progress system
* Supervise and mentor a small group of less experienced planners
* Assist with the development of system and procedures pertaining to planning and scheduling.
* 10+ years experience in developing schedules in the engineering and construction industry, preferably marine fabrication and installation projects.
* Extensive background in developing work scope, developing plans, establishing progress curves, measuring and reporting progress achieved, etc
* Strong knowledge of Primavera Project Planner application, especially P3 e/c version.
JUNIOR PLANNER (JR-P)
* Develop plans/schedules for basic to moderately complex construction, fabrication and /or installation projects
* Maintain project progress system
* Assist with the development of system and procedures pertaining to planning and scheduling
* 3+ years experience in developing schedules in the engineering and construction industry, preferably marine fabrication and installation projects.
* Good knowledge of Primavera Project Planner application, especially P3 e/c version.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
* Set up and maintain project progress and invoicing systems.
* Perform material take-offs and installed quantity measurements.
* Assist with the development of systems and procedures pertaining to quantity surveying
* 3+ years experience in progress measurement, tracking installed quantities, interpreting construction drawings, and invoicing based on unit rates at a construction job site.
* Good knowledge of project progress measurement software applications as well as all Microsoft Office products
SAFETY INSPECTOR (SI)
* Monitor all construction activities identify and assist yard management to establish methods to correct any safety, health or environmental issues in accordance with company policy. Conduct HSE Assessment
* To develop a working relationship with all line supervision with the aim of obtaining understanding on both sides of yard management requirement, this to include keeping safety equal with production and other responsibilities
* To conduct thorough accident investigations and procedure a timely accurate report in the English language. To be capable of following up corrective action following accidents.
* Has HSE background and HSE formal training/courses
* 3+ years experience in Heavy Engineering & Fabrication
* Understand philosophy and policy regarding occupational health, safety and welfare
* To have a sound knowledge of Indonesian Statutory safety requirement
* Certificate level training in safety or loss control management from a recognized safety training institute and / or DEPNAKER Certificate as "Ahli K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja)"
* Able to conduct independent safety activities such as planned safety inspections and audits, accident investigation and reporting, conduct safety meetings and prepare appropriate minutes and/or records
* Must have a Microsoft office application skill

ANALYSTS (ANALYS)
* Liaising with the users and customers
* Design Analyst process/reports to support production works with satisfactory and on time results
* Regularly conduct new user training
* Ensure the project setup data are consistently migrated from customers databases to PTMI database on time and correctly
* Interface with Department Heads to ensure that correct and current information pertaining to the department is readily available online
* Bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Knowledge of 3D model softwares (PDMS/PDS/SPOOLGEN) and other business softwares will be an advantage
* Knowledge of RDBMS is a must and SQL language and its implementation into several commercial programming languages
* Minimum 2 years programming experience
* Able to independently learn new technologies

* Monitor and report the project progress, and ensure the yard is supplied with the correct material and drawings to meet the project schedule requirements.

Tamatan SLTA, pengalaman Pipe Fitting minimal 3 tahun, dapat membaca gambar ISOMETRIK dan memiliki pengetahuan di bidang Fabrikasi.
C. CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN (CE)
Tamatan STM pengalaman di bidang Listrik Konstruksi di perusahaan minyak atau petro kimia minimal 3 tahun.
D. STRUCTURE FITTER (STR)
Tamatan SLTA, pengalaman Structure Fitter minimal 3 tahun.
E. OPERATOR CRANE & ALAT BERAT (OPR)
Tamatan SLTA, Pengalaman mengoperasikan alat-alat berat minimal 2 tahun.
F. ARCH.OUT FITTER (ARCH)
Tamatan SLTA, pengalaman Arch-HVAC Ducting minimal 2 tahun.
G. PAINTER/ SANDBLASTER (PAINT)
* Tamatan SLTA, pengalaman min. 2 tahun.
* Memiliki keterampilan Coating Sprayer.
* Memiliki keterampilan Blasting.
* Mengetahui cara memperbaiki alat-alat painting seperti (Guns , Pots, dsb).
H. INSTRUMEN FITTER (INST)
