Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Definition of the implementation strategy; preparation and maintenance of the project plan, project budget, and work plan
2. Acquisition, assignment and ongoing management of project resources
3. Communication of project status to the steering committee, project sponsor, and the project team
4. Streamlining the issue resolution process
5. Ensure that the project is well communicated and received by all stakeholders

Qualification :
* Male / Female, age max. 38 years old.
* Experience handle project in software development environment – preferable in financial industry for at least 4 year
* S1 degree Graduate from Informatics Engineering/Informatics Management GPA min. 3.00
* Know about Language programming such Visual Basic and Data Base Programming such Access and SQL 2003.
* Having knowledge in General Insurance will be preferable
* Computer Literature (Ms. Office Tools)
* Good communication, Good presentation skill, inter-personal
* Good Leadership
* Meticulous, thorough, and have eyes for details
* Passion for learning something new
* Used to 'thinking outside-of-the-box'
* Can withstand working under time pressure
* Teamwork oriented, Self-motivated, Eager to Learn, can withstand working under time pressure and target

Qualification :
* Female or Male, age max. 27 years old.
* Graduate from Informatics Engineering / Informatics Management / Computer Science (S1), Min GPA 3.00
* Minimum 1-year experience and Fresh Graduated could apply
* Capable in VB.net, ASP.net and familiar with .net framework environment
* Capable in SQL Server and Crystal Report
* Experience in web developing (design & coding)
* Having business insurance knowledge will be advantage
* Good communication, Good presentation skill, inter-personal
* Good Leadership
* Meticulous, thorough, and have eyes for details
